Order Timeline: From Placement to Shipping

  • Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation via email, text, or WhatsApp.
  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
  • A tracking link will be shared within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Unforeseen Delays:

During peak seasons, holidays, or sales, shipping delays may occur due to external factors. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Important Notes

  • We ship across India, with exceptions for select pin codes due to courier restrictions. Please enter your pincode at checkout to confirm delivery availability.
  • Orders above ₹999 (after discounts) ship free across India.
  • Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹2000 and carries a flat ₹100 fee.
  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore.
  • Orders placed are shipped within 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat), excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • We partner with reliable logistics services for safe and timely delivery.

Returns, Replacements & Cancellations


Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at customercare@thebarebar.in or WhatsApp: +91 99007 32512 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM IST). Cancellations are only possible if the order hasn’t been dispatched.

  • Orders marked ‘delivered’ but not received must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) for resolution.
  • No cancellations or changes are allowed during sale periods.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be made.

Returns & Refunds

At The Bare Bar, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care. That said, if something arrives damaged or isn’t right, we’re here to help—within a few clear guidelines.

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong item

How to Request a Return:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via:

  • Share an unboxing video and clear photos of the product that show the issue.
  • Ensure the product is unused, sealed, and returned in its original packaging

Refund Process:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.
  • If your return is approved, a return shipping charge of ₹100 will apply. This will either be deducted from the refund or must be paid before the replacement is shipped.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns for products that are used, opened, or tampered with.
  • If your return is approved, we’ll issue a replacement/refund accordingly..
