Important Notes
- We ship across India, with exceptions for select pin codes due to courier restrictions. Please enter your pincode at checkout to confirm delivery availability.
- Orders above ₹999 (after discounts) ship free across India.
- Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹2000 and carries a flat ₹100 fee.
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore.
- Orders placed are shipped within 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat), excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at customercare@thebarebar.in or WhatsApp: +91 99007 32512 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM IST). Cancellations are only possible if the order hasn’t been dispatched.
- Orders marked ‘delivered’ but not received must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) for resolution.
- No cancellations or changes are allowed during sale periods.
