I recently placed an order for multiple deodorants through your website. During checkout, I was shown that I was eligible for a free Lip Balm upon meeting the required order value.
I was actually interested in purchasing the lip balm as well, but since it was displayed as a complimentary item in my cart, I did not add it separately to my order. However, when I received my package, I found that the free lip balm was not included.
I have attached the screenshots from the checkout page showing the offer that was displayed during my purchase and sent a mail to [****] no reply was given to the mail even after follow-up was sent I would appreciate if you atleast respond after reading the review.
