I find it quite surprising that I have received a feedback request for a product that I have not even received yet. How exactly is a customer expected to review a product they have never had the chance to use? Over the past several days, I have repeatedly received "Out for Delivery" notifications, multiple assurances, explanations, and promised timelines, yet the product still has not reached me. What makes this even more disappointing is that while the company seems efficient in sending feedback requests, it has failed to deliver a prepaid order despite repeated follow-ups. At this point, my dissatisfaction is not with the product itself, because I have not received it, but with the overall service experience and the handling of customers. This entire experience has created a very poor impression of the brand.
